Restaurant Luna in Aachen

An excellent restaurant. To start with, a very friendly welcome. The food was great. Especially the homemade pasta are recommended.

Unfortunately I have to say that it was in no way satisfactory. Price-performance inadequate and quality / taste poor. I let go of my pepper steak almost completely. Excuses from the chef, the meat is always very good, did not understand that the best meat is useless if the chef cannot prepare it (everyone at the table tried it and found it inedible). A really bad evening for 120 euros. Unfortunately, the one star is still too many. Opinion from a meat lover, but there were four of us. Unfortunately, two other dishes were also tasteless. A free opinion from a guest. I / we will not be seen again.

Very good food, extremely friendly service. The prices are in the upper mid-range, but definitely appropriate to the quality. We will be back for sure and can only recommend this restaurant.

Chic restaurant in Aachen city center. The service was very friendly and professional. The menu has a limited choice but it was varied. The food tasted very good with the accompanying wine. We had been here spontaneously on Saturday evening and we were welcomed and served with no reservation or drama. A little more expensive than the average restaurant in Aachen, but mat has a nice, relaxed and enjoyable evening. Highly recommended! Greetings Raul,

Unfortunately, there was no entrecôte because the butcher wasn't there yet. Still, the food was very good. The waiting time was reasonable and the service was friendly.

Excellent 3 course menu, was prepared by the boss even though it was no longer officially on the menu. Wonderful and courteous service. We were back in the restaurant the next evening and fully satisfied again.

A place of hospitality that simply invites you to relax. Great atmosphere paired with excellent food and top service. We will be back!

I ate a starter plate for 2 as a main course. Very disappointing for the value for money. Bland, tasteless olives, carelessly prepared salad, gherkins from the jar, ham as if from the packaging, although the owner repeatedly asserted that it was freshly cut. Dealing with critical feedback is absolutely unprofessional. The owner wanted to talk me out of the fact that criticism was not justified. Half of the 8 people at the table were not satisfied.

Very tasty dishes and a very friendly host. All questions and concerns were answered in a friendly manner. The dishes were a decent size too, so past customer reviews have likely been addressed. The prices are reasonable, around 16 euros for a stew with side dishes and about 26 euros for a fillet steak with side dishes. I would definitely eat here again!

When I eat in Aachen, it's in the Luna. I just love it. Croatian warm hospitality paired with wonderful food and delicious drinks. What more do you want. Prices are perfectly fine in the upper midfield. See you soon!

Just tried their new to-go offer — fantastic food as always, and they are currently offering their dishes at extremely affordable prices. Our steak strips were delicious, and just 2/3 of the original menu price. Not to be missed.

There were six of us yesterday, February 29th. Very nice restaurant in a sophisticated atmosphere. Very good little menu, but everything about salad, fish and meat included. Very good drinks menu. The service is very good and very friendly. I can only say one thing about food. All 6 dishes were perfect. We had sea bass, steak, funny Bosniak and the roast beef. I personally had the roast beef and I would have loved to lick the plate?. Price performance absolutely fine .. We will come back. Please keep it up ...

This is a very average restaurant, but also very expensive. We ended up paying for 25-30 Euro per person, which is too high for such quality and amount of food. If it was in the 15-20 Euro range, it would have been justified.

Very good food and nice location, close to the theatre

We had a very nice dinner here. There was a problem with my main dish, but the server fixed it very nicely and graciously. We enjoyed our dinner very much and were particularly impressed with the creme brulee dessert. This is a perfect restaurant for a Friday date night for a couple. It was romantic, yet casual, and we never felt rushed or like a burden due to our limited German language skills. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Great restaurant! Took several international customers for dinner here, and it was a great evening. Food was very good (suited various tastes) and ambience was good- a good balance of cosy and "upmarket". The service was especially excellent and Mr. Gogic (the owner) was very helpful and friendly for our first visit, which was perfect considering the business context for the dinner.

Simply brilliant....I'm lost for words. My job keeps me on the road mostly across Europe, the US and India. I've never been to a restaurant that has shocked me with their quality of experience (cooking, atmosphere, service) as much as Luna has. At the price, at the location they are - its mindblowing. I asked the owner why he doesn't consider moving to Berlin or Munchen or Dusseldorf...he loves Aachen...he grew up there...Don't miss this place...its a league you don't see often...

Very tasty food and friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and pretty interior. The smiley owner often comes along to personally take care that the service is of a high standard. Very good price to quality ratio. Top choice!
